Hi Estelia, congratulations on your presentation!
It's very interesting and important to have data and information on digitalization to be able to think about new strategies that continue to enhance the digitalization process. I’m wondering if there is data on the differences in access to mobile phones and the internet by gender, to further deepen your study on mobile money. On the other hand, beyond access, how is technology being used? What is the level of digital literacy in Tanzania?
Thank you very much for your presentation.
Best regards,

Dear Estelia, thank you very much for your work and presentation! I would like to ask you: Are there particular regions or demographics within Tanzania that face more challenges with mobile money, and if so, why? What role does mobile money play in promoting financial and gender inclusion, especially for rural or underserved populations? Best regards,

Dear Elsa, thank you very much for spearing your time to listen my presentation and the comments.
First, in our country, not all places have (a) electricity ( b) mobile money agents (c ) frequently power outages all over the country plus in big towns (d) not every house and places in towns including Dar es Salaam have electricity, so its normal for an individual to say there is no power in my phone because he/she didn't manage to charge the phone in the neighbor's house.
Now the remote/ typical rural areas due to lack of electricity therefore, most activities that require sufficient electricity face this challenge. Another challenge is money fraud and scam. this make people reduce faith on using mobile money in Tanzania.
the government and NGO and other stakeholders have been trying to make sure allover the country has mobile companies. the mobile companies have been encouraging people to get loans through mobile phones. The phone companies send messages to inform an individual how much can borrow through the phone.

Great presentation thanks. really helpful and applicable to Sudan, I would like to ask on the possible solutions for Women who do not have IDs (sometimes refugees, or people who live in rural communities) can we include them to the process of acuring mobile money?
