Dear Elsa, thank you very much for spearing your time to listen my presentation and the comments. First, in our country, not all places have (a) electricity ( b) mobile money agents (c ) frequently power outages all over the country plus in big towns (d) not every house and places in towns including Dar es Salaam have electricity, so its normal for an individual to say there is no power in my phone because he/she didn't manage to charge the phone in the neighbor's house. Now the remote/ typical rural areas due to lack of electricity therefore, most activities that require sufficient electricity face this challenge. Another challenge is money fraud and scam. this make people reduce faith on using mobile money in Tanzania. the government and NGO and other stakeholders have been trying to make sure allover the country has mobile companies. the mobile companies have been encouraging people to get loans through mobile phones. The phone companies send messages to inform an individual how much can borrow through the phone.
Thank you very much Laphin for your time in listening my presentation. the main challenge is privacy, the interviewed counselors said through mobile there is minimal privacy therefore, not all incidences/information can be shared through the device. opportunities is for example when they are in dilemma and overwhelmed because of work stresses due to the nature of professional itself, vicarious trauma is likely to counselors. Having someone (professional) to share with reduces the chances of being traumatized.
Hi Dears Thank you very much for you presentation on how technology is good in cultural heritage preservation in Morocco which actually attract more tourists for the development of the country and actually its people. I would like to know besides good technology has, what are the bad sides of ICT in cultural heritage in Morocco? Thank very much.
Dear Christopher. Thank you very much, Your presentation create a sense of awareness but curious of how we have to see technology in different angles. I was so excited to understand "how" technology and social pollution. However, I would suggest you get more information about what traditions are accompanied by the cultural ceremony which may be it has been hidden or it is hidden publicly because of technology (mobile phone video and pictures) and how now do they perform those cultures (the unexpressed because of technology)?
Dear Nancy, Thanks for your presentation. It was like I could continue listening. I would like to hear from you what and how context (urban and rural) could be beneficial to ICT and internet? Also, which generation does ICT and internet reduce vulnerabilities to employment? Thank you
